Part ritual, part run.

The Holy Trail marked another chapter between Grave Runners and Allbirds.

Rooted in the philosophy of shinrin-yoku [forest bathing], we boarded a bus, shared breath, and ran 15km through the Waitākere Ranges, where Arthur Lydiard once shaped the soul of distance running.
